Changes to our policy


We are delighted that our columns are getting busier and busier and we have so many happy customer leaving the salon with amazing hair. As you know, we have a 48hr cancellation policy and sadly this is not always adhered to. We have seen an increase in ‘no shows’ or late cancellations (15 minuets late is a missed appointment) which means we are left with gaps we cannot fill at short notice and ultimately that we lose money. As a small business this isn’t something that we can sustain.


Our booking system allows us to store client card details (securely and in line with GDPR legislations). With effect from Oct 2023 any client either not arriving for their appointment of cancelling in under 48hrs will be charged 50% of the value of their treatment. For clarity, charges will only occur when our cancellation policy has not been followed.

This has not been an easy decision to take however it will help to maintain our income and ensure we can continue to offer treatments at great value to the majority of our clients who follow our policy to the letter.
